From a simple questionaire to a short medical checkup and followed by a blood test. And you are all ready to go Sexy.
Simply sit back, relax and enjoy. It's not painful at all since you are given local painkiller. Once the needle is in.. ahh.. just go with the flow :)

But this time round, my palates can't be used becaused of my previous voluntary trip to Cambodia. Nah, I can't do the separations of my blood cells and palates, shall leave it to the experts then.
And the coolest thing about donating blood in Singapore is that you get to choose your color of bandage :) It comes in Orange, pink, yellow, green, blue, purple and others! With funky designs too! I had smiley today!
And you know what, you can now be a bone marrow donor too. You don't actually donate on the spot, its harder to find someone with matching bone marrow than striking Scratchie or 4D! Its only upon a match, then you will be called upon to make the donation. As of today, I'm one proud potential donor.
Ok.. If bone marrow donation is painful, I promise I will blog it out too :)
